A fundraising breakfast in support of Haiti Earthquake Relief Efforts'

The Registered Nurses Association of Ontario, through the local Chapters of Waterloo and Wellington, have partnered with the City of Waterloo mayor to plan this fundraising / honouring breakfast.  The Forbes room booked can accommodate up to 400 people and we are hopeful to fill all these seats and raise a significant amount of money to send.

Cost: $40 per person / $20 per student / $320 per corporate table

Registration 7:00 am / Breakfast 7:30 am / Opening Remarks and Guest Speakers 8:00 am / Adjournment 9:30 am

Guest speakers will include Waterloo Mayor Brenda Halloran, Sylvia Scott, RN, Jill Gale, RN, and Diego Marquez-Leon, Recent Nursing School Graduate. Join us to hear about the challenging and rewarding experiences these nurses have had using their knowledge and clinical skills to provide care and treatment in India, Jamaica and Africa. It is sure to be an inspring morning!

Proceeds from this event will be donated to Haiti earthquake relief efforts and matched by the Canadian Government.

Payment (Cash or Cheque; cheque preferred) will be accepted on the day of event. Cheques must be made out to the Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada and tax receipts will be issued.
